Return for exchange policy

For DOA(dead on spot)merchandise that a customer wants to return for a exchange, customer can return the item to 3fit Melbourne . 3fit requires that the item and its packaging be in un-used, "like new" condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included, or the return will be refused. Inspect your product carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return

Return for repair Policy

To return a product to Factory of Caddx or Walksnail, you must get prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA") from factory via facebook messenger .. The RMA number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the box, and you must include a copy of your Product failure details. An item returned to us without RMA number can not be accepted and will be returned. All merchandise returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. Factory can not be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.

Due to the nature of this hobby we can only accept  warranty claims for items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA).
Damages caused by crashes or mistreatment are NOT covered under any circumstance.

 Not under warranty as below 

  1. Damage All Sale items are non returnable
  2. The warranty doesn’t cover the damage caused by external forces, for instance, crash of your drone/quad-copter/sailplane, lightning strike, power surge, misuse, tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks, falls, ect..
  3. Claim for full refund after 30 days will be rejected. Hence, please check your order once receiving product.
  4. Please send back all the parts and accessories when you return the product(s). Otherwise, we don’t accept  replacement. If necessarily, we will charge you extra money as depreciation fee

 We must be notified within 5 days from receipt of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
